You are responsible for promoting the science department at a conference and must design an A3 poster on computer and an accompanying handout (500 words max on handout), which shows how your department provides a service. It must demonstrate who your users are, what guidelines does it have to work to, how it complies with turnaround times and who is responsible for setting these. Make sure you show how the department maintains contractual requirements to ensure the service is delivered in a timely, reliable manner.
Remember you are trying to promote your department in a competitive market place. You need to demonstrate not what your department does, but HOW it does it.
All references must be on a separate document to the A3 poster and the handout. Poster must be done one computer.
