In any nation, releasing terrorists by any government would be considered as ethical when they are
bound with releasing the hostages. It is even moral for the administration having out of sight
programs of take hold of and charging the terrorists once the hostages are released. Activities of the
terrorist challenges logical behavior as they really don’t care about others’ life’s including themselves
as they don’t value the lives. Their policies are really aggressive and there won’t be any negotiation
and considered as dangerous (Giebels, Noelanders & Vervaeke, 2005). All the strategic attacks
by the police department are categorized by high connections and loss of chances which targets
peace. To perform the attacks for the police departments the government should allow resistance to
the terrorists depending on the seriousness of the situations (Miller, 2010).
Exceptions on resistance levels to the terrorists are kind of a negotiating factor which
government uses to protect their own people. Allowing these exceptions means that the government
got responsibility of getting few of the hostages or all of them outside safely (Feste, 2015). Otherwise
all the hostages will be under risks of the counter attacks made by the government. This also buys
some time which allows government to plan for the proper counter attacks and get the resources to
relieve the hostages.
Also, immunity is the process through which government plans to get hold of most of the
terrorists. In order to get hold of any terrorist, we need to get aware of the terrorisms which surround
them (Poland , 2005). To support the statement of Poland, he reported that the justice department
initiated an intense program by proposing terrorists immunity. It also concludes that the offering of
the immunity is very crucial and important (Poland , 2005).
