The primary goal of this assignment is to see the org. behavior concepts and readings “come to
life” and be applied to personal experiences. Citing the material makes it clear when you are

Think about the all the organizations you have a rich experience with as current or former
employees or via an interview of someone from your Organizational Experiences Resume (from
Week 1).
You (or they) should answer basic questions about the organization’s structural elements by
answering all the questions in the Organizational Structure Questionnaire 2020.pdf . Include
an edited version of these responses in your write-up/post.
Apply the model of organizational growth to this organization -based on information you (or
they) provide. Describe what evidence you are using to assign the stage where you think this
organization currently stands. How do you think your /their experience working at this
organization would have been different working at an earlier stage? Pick an earlier
organizational stage, play out the hypothetical scenario, and share your responses

number of employees in the U.S., sector (for-profit, non-profit,
government (federal, state, local)), industry(ies) it operates in, stated
mission/goal
