The patient is Ctherine 58 years old woman un married living with her sister . admitted to the hospital with alcoholic liver disease ,she is alcoholic dependence and she used to drink 2 botteles of wine every day .On admission she was paranoid ,aggressive and has haematomesis ,malena,vomiting and juandice.she received 2 units of blood , 1 unit of platelet, IV fluid,Omeprazol,Vitamine K, Tazocine+Pabrinex .
