I’m not sure of the value of Hayasha 2018, but it might set a broad frame of issues in consumer purchase decisions, from which you could frame down to one or two. Based on your references, which I assume reflect your interests, I suggest you focus on either cultural and social background, or individual differences in working memory/cognitive load. effects. You might try focusing on that topic, find another reference or two (perhaps look at a few references that those authors cite. If you can relate what you learn from this research to the topics from Kahneman (e.g., system 1 & 2, lazy controller, etc.), then you could have an excellent paper.
