The purpose of this assignment is to provide the student with an opportunity to pursue further an area of interest on an aspect of personnel law of their own choosing. For this assignment, the student has chosen the Occupational Safety and Health organization under the US department of labor. This paper should focus on what OSHA is doing to prevent workplace violence against employees. This is a Case Study paper.
