Every business or organization offers a product or service. This week, you are tasked with introducing your business or organization and the product(s) or service(s) it offers.
To do this, you will need to craft two separate Letters of Introduction to specific audiences.
One letter targets a reader who will be in direct contact with your business or organization (primary readers)
One letter targets a local community organization. The local community organization has knowledge of the community and could advise a primary reader (secondary reader). This letter would be seeking recognition or endorsement.
In each letter, include a brief technical description of the product or service your business or organization provides, define the targeted users of this product or service, and demonstrate how this product or service might benefit the reader (letter one) and the community (letter two).
For this assignment, you should use letter format. Refer to the textbook for format elements and sample letters.
You will be creating information for this assignment – recipients’ names and addresses and the name of the local community organization. The letters should be ready to mail.
