Your writing assignment will be to write a paper of no less than 2 pages. Find the exact language of the 2nd Amendment and read it carefully. Great scholars disagree on its rights and limits. What does the plain reading of the Amendment mean to you? Do we have a guarantee of gun ownership? Does the Government have the ability to decide who has guns and who doesn’t? What are the dangers in that? Would we be safer? From each other or the Government? Do modern weapons make a difference in the Framers intent? What were the framers afraid of?
Second one:
write a paper of no less than 2 pages explaining what the ELECTORAL COLLEGE is, for what purpose was it created, and is it “fair” in your opinion.
